What Devices are Supported?
The Cdock™ is intended for use with iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s
Does the Cdock Work With a Bumper, Back Cover, Incase, Shield, etc?
No, sorry, the Cdock only works in its birthday suit (nothing on… the way it was born.. naked). Trust us, it's worth the extra step.
Will There be future versions?
Yes, we plan to evolve with the Apple iPhone. We also have several other ideas for products based on the same unique design technology used in the Cdock.
How Do I Get My iPhone In and Out?
Gently slide your phone in the opening on the side of the Cdock. Use your fingers, on the screen, to gently push and lock the phone into position at the other end of the Cdock. You will not be able to fit your finger into the opening on the side...simply apply minimal pressure to the screen and slide the phone in. It is a touch screen phone afterall :)
Are Older Phones and iPods Supported?
No, sorry...there is just too much ground to cover.
Will There be a Version for iPad?
We are working on a prototype for this.
Is There a c/dock™ for Android?
Not yet.
What is The Clock App Shown in Our Photos?

What About Sound? Will I be Able to Hear My Speakers?
Sound projects naturally through the openings in the Cdock™. We've tested the difference and it's negligable.
Will We Ship to You Internationally?
Yes, anywhere we're allowed to send a Cdock™ to.. we will. Please allow up to one month for your package to arrive as the process is slightly more complicated than domestic shipping. Also, we are provided customs numbers when we ship overseas, but we are not able to track orders once they have left the US. Only ship to addresses that you know will make it! We cannot control how long it takes, taxes, etc..
How Much Will Shipping Cost?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout for each individual order. We are using earth friendly USPS shipping to cover both domestic and international shipping. Each Cdock is shipped individually, so if you order two or more it will be cheaper (in the US) but they will come seperately.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Depending on the time of year (i.e. holidays are slower) it generally takes 3 - 5 days. Please plan for delays during holidays.
What is Your Return Policy?
We only offer returns in the case of factory defect. Please read all of the FAQ's carefully to make sure the Cdock will work with your phone (iPhone 4 & 4s without cases only). We can not offer refunds for products over 90s old.
