I placed an order, when will it arrive, can you email me when you ship it, how can I track it?
All of our Cdocks are shipped with USPS Flat Rate Priority Envelopes. Each one has a tracking number associated with it (US only). As soon as your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking number via email. USPS tracking numbers only work within the US. If you're shipping overseas, please double check your address to make sure your Cdock arrives.
My Cdock is broken, doesn't work, I think I need to exchange it:

What is your return policy?
We currently only offer returns in the case of factory defect (90 days). Please read our FAQ carefully to make sure the Cdock will work with your phone (iPhone 4 & 4s without cases only).
I think the Cdock damanged my phone:
We're not worried about this, but our lawyer says we have to say this: We are not responsible for damage to phones. We will not/can not replace any phones. It is up to the individual to take care of their phone. We have experienced no damage to phones in our testing and have had no reports from our customers. Please be careful with your phone. Please be gentle when using your Cdock
